Pacman world 3 install problems (vista)

Game: Pacman world 3
Anyone any idea about install problems ?
My sister bought this game.
At the shop they told her it would be no problem to use it on windows vista, you only needed to update some driver.

What currently is the problem, is that it hangs during installation. I/she can't install it.
What I've found so far, is that there is an update for the starforce drivers, but in order to install those, I first need to be able to install the game. Those those only solves the problem to run the game ...

The account on which I tried to install has administrator rights so that's not the problem.

You will need to go into the setup folder and right click on the setup executable and select properties and then click the compatability tab. Check the box that says run as adminstrator and windows XP SP2 compatability mode. Sure you are logged in as an admin but the program needs more help beyond that.
