I'm still really curious as to what kind of Xevious is at your arcade. Is it an original Xevious, Namco Classics Collection, or a Multicade with all different games on it?

It was just a plain Xevious machine, with a wooden cabinet. I don't know whether or not the arcade operators left it on all the time, but I'd imagine so, thus my score stayed on the list whether or not the machine featured high score saving. Oh, and update, the arcade referred to in this discussion just closed down last summer, so no more Xevious for me at arcades...

That's too bad that it closed...At least you can still play at home.
