As one of the people whose pre-order was cancelled, I just called a few moments ago and helped by Troy, who was polite, patient and was just overall superb. Now, I've been given another order# and I've re-ordered my cancelled order... so, while I'm still not getting my hopes up, I'm very pleased at the moment and would like to say thank you. Still, however, this matter could have been avoided through more careful planning. I hope that others' issues would be resolved in a similar fashion as mine.

Your response is much to nice, these people don't give two sh*ts about what we would like or what we deserve to know. This half hearted explanation isn't doing us any good tons of people contact DR TODAY and were not given results.

The fact that the user "DigitalRiverCommunityRelations" was created just this afternoon to post this BS canned response should tell you everything you need to know about Digital River. I sincerely hope Namco learns from this fiasco.

I just called them and they said my order is in Process waiting for shipping. The Order Status is "In Process" and there is an authorization on my card. They said it would take 24-48 hours to ship...so not sure how accurate that statement is.

For everyone not getting their order on time, Digital River should wave all shipping fees

Yup just called and got the same response. He actually said I should receive my order tomorrow! Yeah right I'll believe it when it's in my hands.

yea I am not sure if that is their generic response to get you off the line with minimal rage...but then again...if there was something wrong then they would of told us on the phone...I asked them twice, if there was anything wrong with my order and was told everything was fine...it would break my heart if they lied...=(

I called and was told the order was scheduled to be sent by UPS and it should arrive by 3 PM for residential areas tomorrow. Don't know if that's the case with anyone else... But at least it's getting here since I see some people had their orders cancelled. Couldn't hardly understand the guy on the phone though....

Same here I'll freak out, over on Neogaf people are still getting shipping notifications so I guess it's possible they are still shipping packages tonight. It's a little hard to believe though it's 10pm eastern they must be updating the system with the days packages they did have a large amount of these to ship.

Any word about password problems? My account apparently did not end up with a valid password (when I try to use the ForgotPasswordPage it claims my password is "<USER_PASSSWORD>") and I have been going through the CS email hoops for days now with about every other response just not reading and telling me to use the ForgotPasswordPage (email ID 24935649 if you want to check your CS logs). Finally this evening they said to call, but the first number in the mail was for the Kapersky support line. Second number said I should get a mail with a link to a diferent method of resetting my password, but that hasn't arrived yet (and yes, I am also checking my spam folder).
