I think the organized "thread" for clans is good , But I think it would be better if you created a "topic" and let each clan post their own thread, I posted a thread about my site, which is not a "clan" but has been classified here as a "clan recruiting post" I have no problem with that , my issue comes when it is mixed into the other posts in the thread it becomes "lost" and basically a waste of time posting it ..

How much larger of a community these forums are very large for a forum atmosphere?

over 3000 active members
and alot of posts (nearing 20000)

3000 active members? Nope. More like 28 active members and 3000 spambots.

And 20000+ posts? Pash Master and I have almost 5000 of those, the rest of the members have around 5000. The rest are spam.

on the other hand offering a space for clans may improve forum enrollment over time.

Oh c'mon, what this forum's missing is advertisements.
Seriously, they don't even but the website within the games.
Seriously, games that have "live" in them should really have some adds.
We need members first, that'll get things working abit more.
But the problem is with the mods, we only have Dig, well that's what I see.
And the web can only be runned by officials, there isn't really much we can do.
